As a part‑time Sr Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, you love the products, and you are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. • Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
• Show enthusiasm for AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Adapt easily between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist teammates to get the job done.
• Act with integrity and uphold AEO's policies and procedures.

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available to work during evenings, weekends, & holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
