Pro Source's mission is to help our trade pro members and their customers complete successful projects. As a Pro Shop Sales Specialist, you will be eager to learn and excited for the chance to help other businesses tap into the growth solutions that Pro Source can provide.

We don't operate under retail hours, so you can expect a great work-life balance alongside a team that will have your back and provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

No evening hours or weekends.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make Pro Source their primary source for flooring.
• Merchandise the products and areas to draw attention from all customers. This includes stocking, rotating, cleaning, organization, signage, and lighting.
• Proactively (and consistently) review invoices and reach out to trade pros that are not currently buying additional sundries with Pro Source and help them understand how Pro Source can become their partner & become a "one-stop-shop".
• Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients.
• Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals.
• Build strong partnerships with the showroom team, have a positive attitude, and enjoy your job!

• A High School diploma or GED
• Excellent customer service and presentation skills
• Knowledge of flooring sundries such as grout, thin-set, carpet tacks, and tools needed to complete construction and home improvement projects.
• A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches).
