In-Store Shopper - Part Time - Seasonal

At Whole Foods Market, we’re committed to providing record-setting grocery delivery services. As an In-Store Shopper, you’ll work on the Customer Service & E-Commerce teams supporting and preparing customer orders for delivery and/or pickup. You’ll shop throughout our store for everyday goods including produce, meat, dairy, household items, prepared foods, specialty cheeses, wine, beer and more.

A flexible schedule is key to meeting our customers’ needs, with a particular emphasis on Saturday and Sunday operations, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Fulfill online orders efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgency.
• Shop across store departments to gather items for customer orders.
• Maintain an organized staging area and ensure order accuracy and product knowledge.
• Provide attentive customer service and support through the order fulfillment process.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Sufficient English proficiency to prepare and shop customer orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks (pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, reaching) with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort using handheld technology (mobile device) to fulfill orders.
• Detail-oriented with strong product and order accuracy, and eagerness to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals as used in a retail environment.
• Exposure to temperatures ranging from freezing to hot in work areas.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to use tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery (where applicable).
• May require use of ladders.

The wage range for this position is $15.00-$24.40 hourly, commensurate with experience.
