• Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Installations: Lead or assist with installing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.
• Troubleshooting: Quickly and accurately identify system issues and perform timely repairs.
• System Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly with customers, explaining issues and solutions professionally.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate service records and work orders.

• 5+ years of HVAC experience, including installation.
• EPA 608 Certification
• Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, rooftops, and varied environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Full‑Time:
  Monday - Friday, with overtime opportunities.
• Rotating weekly after‑hours on‑call shifts.

• Primarily based in Destin, FL, with travel to surrounding areas as needed.
