  Engage in cutting-edge clinical trials through our NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) grant.

  Our program is recognized as an Integrated Network Cancer Center program (INCP) accreditation by Comprehensive Community Cancer Program and holds a National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by the American College of Surgeons.

• Advanced EMR

  We utilize EPIC electronic medical record in both inpatient and ambulatory facilities, ensuring top-tier electronic medical record utilization.

Job Specifics

• Consultative Call Only
  :
  Hospitalists handle admissions and night coverage.
• Patient Load
  :
  Manage an average of 12-14 follow-up visits and 1-2 new patients daily.
• Team Dynamics
  :
  Join a growing team of 4 MDs and 3 APC, with anticipated future grown/expansion.
• Regional Outreach
  :
  Provide care one to two days day per week at regional clinics in Park Rapids and Fosston, MN.
• Call Schedule
  :
  Approximately 10 days of call per month.
• Technology
  :
  Utilization of the EPIC electronic medical record system.

Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Medical Oncology
• Experience
  :
  Proven experience as a Hematology/Oncology Physician

COMPENSATION

• $580,000
  . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
