Kelly is seeking a Training and Organization Development Specialist for direct-hire placement at one of our client sites in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this impactful role, you will collaborate across all divisions and locations to support employee growth, strengthen organizational performance, and champion a culture of continuous learning.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Location:
Detroit Lakes, MN
Pay Rate: $55,000 – $75,000 based on location and experience
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (25% travel required)
- Partner with operational and HR leaders to design, implement, and manage employee learning and development programs
- Conduct training needs assessments and prioritize learning initiatives using data-driven insights
- Develop and deliver instructor-led training, e-learning modules, workshops, and development experiences
- Lead new employee onboarding and create a positive assimilation experience
- Build mentorship programs and career growth paths across the organization
- Coordinate goal deployment and succession planning processes
- Manage and track learning content, courses, curricula, and certifications within HRIS UKG LMS
- Review analytics to measure program effectiveness and ensure learning requirements are met
- Facilitate special projects to support employee and organizational development
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years experience in HR, Education, Communications, Media Production, or related field
- Proven collaboration, project management, and communication skills
- Experience in developing training across multiple formats
- Comfortable with 25% travel
