The anticipated starting salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000/year depending on experience.

- Collaborating with the Division President and Directors of Operations to align HR practices with organizational goals while ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple states.
- Strategizing and executing HR initiatives including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, training and development, and compensation and benefits processes.
- Guiding and supporting employees and supervisors with employee relations and disciplinary matters, while also providing supervisor training for new and existing leaders.
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience leading Human Resources in a manufacturing environment, along with a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a business‑related field and HR Certification.
- Possess strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple states, with experience in recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and training.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills, and are extremely detail‑oriented and prudent.
