臨床開発におけるデータマネジャーに求められる役割は大きく変化しつつあります。中外製薬では、個別臨床試験におけるCROマネジメントに加え、多様な臨床データの活用促進のため、データライフサイクルの管理を高品質・効果的に実施できる人財の拡充を行っています。

上記背景を踏まえ、CROマネジメントおよびデータ流通プロセスの設計や管理、データマネジメント関連業務全般を担うことができる方を求めています。

• 当社が主導する臨床試験・臨床研究における国内外データマネジメントCROのオーバーサイト
• 目的に応じた効果的なCROオーバーサイト手法の検討と実装
• 臨床試験／臨床研究におけるeSourceの活用検討と最適なデータマネジメントプロセスの策定
• 各種データ標準の管理・検討
• 新規データ種の格納プロセス策定※中期的視点では、適性に応じてデータエンジニアリングを活用したデータ二次利用のためのデータ基盤へのデータ格納/払出しやデータの利活用業務を担っていただきます

• 規制・技術革新などの環境変化を的確に捉えながら、適切な意思決定を可能とする効率的なデータの管理を推進することで、臨床試験を最大限に加速し、患者さんに求められる薬をより多く・早く・永続的に届けることに貢献

The role required of data managers in clinical development is changing significantly. In addition to CRO management for clinical studies, Chugai Pharmaceutical will expand the number of human resources who can conduct data lifecycle management with high quality and effectiveness to promote the use of various clinical data.

• Oversight of data management CROs in and out of Japan for our sponsored clinical studies and researches
• Examination and implementation of effective CRO oversight method according to the purpose
• Consideration of utilization of eSource in clinical studies/clinical research and development of optimal data management process
• Management and examination of various data standards
• Data engineering (Storage/extraction of data in data infrastructure for secondary use of data, formulation of storage process of new data types)
  * From a medium-term perspective, you will be responsible for storing/exporting data to a data platform for secondary use using data engineering according to your aptitude, as well as data utilization.

Contribute to deliver medicine to patients sufficiently, swiftly and constantly through fully accelerated clinical studies by promoting effective data management to enable making proper decision while accurately grasp the changes in environment regarding to regulation, technological innovation and others.

• 求める経験：データマネジャーとして、臨床試験の品質管理計画策定から終了までの経験・メーカー企業におけるDM実務経験あるいはCRO企業におけるリーダー相当のDM実務経験
• 歓迎要件：業務効率化やデータ管理/活用システム導入等のプロジェクトリード・所属組織において、標準業務手順書（SOP）作成、ガイドライン新設および周知活動の実施・CROへ委託したデータマネジメント業務オーバーサイト・書面調査等申請対応・業界団体等で行われるタスクフォースへの参加・論文や学会／シンポジウム／ワークショップの発表で著者・共著者としての貢献・データエンジニアリング業務の経験（基盤構築、キュレーション、ビジュアライズ,…
