Position Overview
MAHUBE-OTWA is actively recruiting a skilled Capital Project Manager for our Administration to oversee building projects throughout our five‑county service area. The role is responsible for the full lifecycle of capital projects from planning and administration to execution and routine maintenance.
Responsibilities- Develop and streamline processes
- Ensure compliance with budgets and regulatory requirements, including Davis‑Bacon
- Drive continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce barriers for staff, clients, and partners
- Manage bids, supervise construction and maintenance teams, and develop project timelines
- Coordinate with internal and external partners
- Proven experience in managing bids, supervising construction and maintenance teams, developing project timelines, and coordinating with internal and external partners
- Pay: $64,521.6 - $67,662.4
- Schedule: Exempt, Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday‑Friday, Year‑round
- Location: Detroit Lakes, MN (preferred)
