Opportunity: PPCNP-BC - Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Join a high-volume, collaborative primary care team to provide comprehensive pediatric care, including well-child checkups, immunizations, sports physicals, and adolescent health programs. Work alongside one PNP and ten Family Medicine providers in a fulfilling team-based environment while enjoying the beautiful lake country setting.

Job Details:

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE) with 34 patient contact hours per week
• Monday-Friday schedule from 8 am - 5 pm
• Hospital pediatric call rotation with occasional weekend coverage
• Team-based collaborative coverage of outreach clinics in Frazee, Lake Park, Pelican Rapids, and Mahnomen
• Patient volume of 16-18 patients per day with minimal procedures
• Opportunity to provide the full range of general pediatric medicine
• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Practitioner program
• Must be pediatric trained and certified through PNCB or ANCC (PPCNP-BC)
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required (PALS certification also required)

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses and quality incentives.
