Job Description

Seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to serve at Oak Crossing, Essentia Health's highly rated long-term care facility in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. As a CNA at our facility, you will enjoy flexible scheduling that works for you! Every other weekend and a holiday rotation are required. CNAs who commit to 16 hours or more weekly qualify for a $1500 sign-on bonus.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents.
• Serve residents' needs in a manner conducive to safety and comfort.
• Assist with personal hygiene and nutritional needs.
• Recognize and promptly report changes in resident condition to shift nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, attractive, and neat environment.
• Be aware of and prevent abuse of vulnerable adults.
• Identify safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective actions.
