A Shift Manager leads daily restaurant operations, ensuring fast, accurate service and maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include planning shifts, monitoring performance during the shift, taking corrective action to meet McDonald’s standards, managing safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to enable a seamless transition.

- Must be 18 years or older.
