Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Flexible Work Schedule, Varied Shift Times, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Targeted Pay Range: $17.25 - $21 per hour

(Starting rate of pay varies based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.)

• Oversee employees within the hunting & fishing departments.
• Assign tasks to employees and ensure tasks are completed.
• Resolve customer concerns or issues.
• Ensure employees are properly trained within their assigned department.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
• Ideal candidates have previous experience or knowledge with various sporting goods products.
