Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes; participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation; and focusing on customer needs to achieve sales goals.

• Cash Wrap/Cashier duties: use store technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions in-store and online; deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Support product flow/shipping and receiving; contribute to omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal-oriented and achievement driven
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.

Part-Time Assistant Store Manager: $12.58-$15.03
Retail Stylist: $11.13-$12.58
Sales Support: $11.13-$12.58
