• Proven carpentry experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects
• Skilled in reading plans, using hand/power tools, and following safety protocols
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and on a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn new techniques and grow professionally
