Are you an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in doing quality work the right way? Aire Serv, a division of the Esser Family of Companies, is looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Installer to join our growing team.

This role focuses primarily on residential installations with some light commercial work and offers the opportunity to mentor apprentices while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay Range: $23.00 to $27.00 depending on experience

• Install complete HVAC systems including split systems, furnaces, air handlers, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, IAQ products, and smart home devices
• Ensure systems are installed safely, efficiently, and to customer satisfaction
• Test and inspect equipment to confirm proper heating and cooling performance
• Educate customers on system operation, filter changes, and recommended maintenance
• Advise customers on system upgrades, improvements, and service options
• Mentor and support apprentice installers, sharing best practices and trade knowledge
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory to meet daily job demands
• Deliver a professional, high-quality installation experience on every job

• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field

• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail

• Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance experience
• HVAC training program or technical school preferred (not required)
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in confined spaces
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
• Ability to bend, climb, kneel, and stand for extended periods
