• Oversee and manage the entire accounts payable process
• Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Negotiate payment terms with vendors
• Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
• Implement and monitor internal controls over accounts payable
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes
