Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will support accounting, reporting and financial analysis across multiple entities and sales channels. Key Responsibilities
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual close, preparing journal entries and accurate financial reporting.
• Own complex balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and intercompany activity.
• Analyze product profitability, gross margins, cost of goods sold and operating expenses; explain trends and recommend actions.
• Evaluate cost variances and operational changes to identify risks and opportunities for improved performance.
• Prepare budget-to-actual analysis and clear commentary for finance partners and leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales teams to strengthen reporting and cost management.
• Prepare audit schedules and documentation, and support sound internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Improve accounting processes, reporting and automation; contribute to ERP enhancements and special projects.
