• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA license required or EA/JD
• Significant public accounting experience, preferably within the past 5-7 years.
• Strong technical experience in HNWIs and flow through entity tax
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and/or advising on complex tax returns and tax accounting matters.
• Experience managing complex engagements, reviewing work, resolving technical tax issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members and overseeing engagement delivery.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, provide practical client guidance, and maintain high standards of quality and service.
• For Director and Principal candidates, the ability to build client relationships, support business development, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to revenue generation is highly valued.
