Position title

Operations and Technology Coordinator Description We  are seeking a highly organized and proactive
** Operations & Technology Coordinator
** to support administrative, technical, and project coordination tasks across all our global entities. This role combines business operations with digital systems and technical problem-solving, making it ideal for someone with both organizational skills and a strong interest in technology.

The successful candidate will:
* Manage day-to-day administrative operations,
* Support technical workflows (including basic Word Press tasks and digital tool management
* Gather and organize documentation for the finance team
* Assist the co-founders directly with a diverse range of tasks
* Help identify process improvements and technical solutions Responsibilities
* Manage administrative tasks for all company entities, including compliance with local regulations, processing payments, and coordinating documentation.
* Collaborate with external accountants, legal advisors, and government agencies in Thailand.
* Gather and prepare documentation for the finance team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Support and maintain company websites (Word Press), including content updates, plugin management, and troubleshooting.
* Assist the co-founders with varied tasks across operations, strategy, and execution.
* Coordinate and manage internal projects, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration.
* Maintain and update company records across entities.
* Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing reports.
* Evaluate and improve internal digital tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, etc.) for efficiency.
* Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably with exposure to global organizations.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically when addressing operational or technical challenges.
* Basic technical knowledge of website/content management systems (e.g., Word Press).
* Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
* Familiarity with accounting processes, payroll, or compliance regulations in one or more regions (including Thailand).
* Experience with corporate governance and legal documentation is a plus.
* Analytical mindset and ability to recommend process or system improvements.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly organized, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
