What You’ll Do:

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Project Management Office (PMO) and assisting project managers with administrative processes and project execution. You’ll manage smaller projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact our team’s success and the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and attribute project documents accurately.
  • Schedule deadlines and maintain deliverables for multiple projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractor and vendor processes.
  • Attend and document project meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Track and manage project deliverables through the approval process.
  • Lead small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A self-directed and flexible team player with a commitment to learning.
  • An Associate Degree or higher in Project Management or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in project management, with proficiency in SharePoint, MS Server, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle interruptions.
  • A collaborative spirit, ready to establish strong working relationships and share knowledge.
