Independent Mortgage Bank with multiple offices around the country, and a customer service focused culture, we take pride in helping our customers. We are looking for a Final Documents Coordinator to assist in our Post-Closing Department.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Check-in recorded mortgage and original final title policy.
  • Apply cover sheet with investor information.
  • Scan and upload documents into LOS system.
  • Prepare shipping manifest to investor.
  • Overnight documentation to appropriate investor.
Qualifications

This position is in our Metro Detroit office Monday - Friday.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour & FT Benefits
