We’re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team and support a large‑scale digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and values operational excellence. As a Business Operations Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Sales, Product Management, and Dev Ops to streamline processes, enhance system performance, and deliver a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject‑matter expert for a multi‑tenant auction platform, supporting integrations, operational initiatives, and issue resolution.
- Handle customer escalations with professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Partner with Sales and Product teams to facilitate customer integrations and communicate progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with the Dev Ops Support Team to prioritize and resolve production issues quickly and efficiently.
- Participate in release cycles by coordinating business testing, validating deployments, and documenting known issues.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and eliminate redundancies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership to enhance overall operational performance.
- Build strong working relationships across departments to enable seamless execution of business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).
- Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to adapt and excel in a high‑energy, rapidly evolving environment.
- Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and process optimization.
- Experience in customer support within the software product industry (preferred).
- Knowledge of automotive or vehicle remarketing systems is a plus.
