Responsibilities
  • Puts vision and business value first and aligns to it with every meeting and deliverable
  • Mentors team to ensure the client and team are aligned to the Who, What, Why
  • Able to recite and is excited about the Who, What, Why at any time and the solutions we built to enable the How
  • Evangelizes our current and future work
  • Synthesizes all information into cohesive stories of our current and future engagements and ensures alignment among all parties
  • Ensures deliverables and deployments are a Smashing Success by maintaining a pulse on project delivery, engagement, and quality
  • Holds and grows strong relationship with Client Champion and Users
  • Seeks beyond current engagements to close new deals
  • Ensures projects are meeting timelines, budgets, and scopes
  • Creates new proposals and statements of work
  • Maintains and adjusts hours allocation according to project deliverables, budgets, and timelines as well as resource availability
  • Updates documentation with all meeting notes (for future and current work)
  • Creates Roadmaps for next phases
  • Works with Account Executive to grow accounts
Required Qualifications
  • Active listening
  • Intuitive skills for observation of organizational influences and capability to apply learnings to make progress
  • Critical thinking to assimilate conversations, documentation, and knowledge into meaningful outputs
  • Engagement management experience
  • High conversation and communication skills - both written (for email, documentation, presentations, etc.) and verbally (on video / phone meetings or in person) to continually define and evangelize the Who, What, Why
  • Experience with integrating with development teams through the development process
  • Experience with selling and writing proposals and SOWs
  • Track record of closing deals
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)

Due to the variation in size and scope of our projects and project teams, other supporting roles expected to be filled are Business Analyst, QA Analyst, and Project Manager.

This is a role with 4 full days onsite in our Northville, Michigan office. Core hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern time with requirement to work 40 hours/week (8 hours per day)

We offer health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, and a 3% retirement plan contribution. 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of personal time, and 10 paid holidays (on a schedule) are included.
