Part-Time Marketing & Business Development Associate; B2B​/Industrial – U.S

AB Petrochem Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an independent, commission-based Sales & Market Development Partner to support expansion in North America, with a strong preference for candidates based in Detroit.

Location:

Detroit, MI (Preferred)

Compensation:
Commission-Based Only

• Identify and engage lubricant blenders and large manufacturers (importers may also be considered, but priority is on manufacturers who manage their own imports)
• Develop relationships with decision‑makers in the lubricants and additives market
• Attend industry exhibitions and trade shows (including Detroit-based events)
• Participate in networking and business meetings
• Coordinate commercial discussions between customers and AB Petrochem’s technical and supply teams
• Support long sales cycles involving trials, approvals, and trust‑building
• Commission-based only (no fixed salary, no hourly payment)
• Sales cycles are not transactional
• Travel and exhibition‑related expenses will be covered when required

• Based in Detroit or nearby regions
• Background in B2B sales, industrial sales, chemicals, automotive supply chain, or related industries
• Comfortable working independently
• Strong communication and follow‑up skills
• Confident saying, "I don’t have the answer yet, but I will check and revert"
• Interested in building long‑term business relationships

• Candidates seeking a fixed salary or short-term income
• Technical or engineering‑only profiles
• Data analysts, IT, or internal operations roles
