Part Time Project Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a high-visibility, company-wide strategic initiative for a client in Detroit. This individual will work closely with executive leadership to manage multiple cross-functional work streams, track key milestones and dependencies, and ensure teams remain accountable to the overall project plan.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive PM with strong executive presence who is comfortable driving progress across senior stakeholders and navigating complex initiatives.

• Manage the overall project plan, milestones, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Coordinate work streams across multiple areas of the organization.
• Facilitate meetings, gate reviews, and executive-level project updates.
• Drive accountability with workstream leaders and proactively follow up on deliverables.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and upscale appropriately.
• Provide clear status reporting and project visibility to executive leadership.

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent executive presence, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple work streams, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Detroit during scheduled working hours.
• Experience managing projects sponsored an executive committee-PMP certification
