The Company

The Job
1.Ensure the good relationship with the customer and manage 1st level communication;
Attend regularly at sales, projects & supplier meetings on customer site, regular visit.
2.Support on awarded programs (in development and in serial life)
- Lead internally and externally the discussion on contract signature: GTC/nomination letter/ purchase contract/warranty etc.
- Support China cross-functional teams’ work: explain customer expectation/standards, prepare templates to be fulfilled by teams, identify project and serial life risks and take actions in advance to reach major project target;
- Consolidate data in various reporting files: OEM business overviews / Price and Volume Follow-ups / weekly / monthly report, cost and investments cost breakdowns
- Interface with OEM Purchasing department: volumes delivery, price management (LTA, raw material indexation…), FETE follow up, overdue tracking, budget preparation;
- Anticipate customer short and mid-terms needs, prepare with sales team RFQ and RFI relevant answers while securing and guarantying company interests (margin, image, …)
- Prepare and keep updated Vehicle plan/Medium and long-term strategy/ price road-maps/Competitors information
Job Requirements:
Experience with business etiquette, have good communication skills, and leadership skills;
