This full‑time position offers a salary of $120,000

The Director, Business Analysis & Solutions Consulting leads a team of Analysts and Solution Consultants responsible for partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities, improve processes, define business capabilities, and translate organizational needs into effective technology and operational solutions.

This position serves as a strategic bridge between Information Services and Community Impact business units, fostering strong partnerships through consultative engagement, business analysis, process improvement, requirements management, and solution advisory services. The Manager ensures business needs are clearly understood, documented, prioritized, and aligned with organizational goals before technology or service investments are made.

The role guides standards, methodologies, and best practices for business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation while developing a high‑performing team that delivers measurable business value.

Nonprofit experience required

• Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with business leaders, understand organizational needs, and translate goals into actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, prioritization, documentation, and traceability across complex initiatives.
• Experience facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, stakeholder interviews, and decision-making discussions with diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze current‑state business processes, identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, and define practical future‑state recommendations.
• Working knowledge of solution design, software development lifecycle practices, business capability planning, and technology‑enabled process improvement.
• Ability to evaluate solution options, support business case development, and partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with business requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, process flows, recommendations, and executive‑ready summaries.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop analysts or consultants while fostering collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of people while demonstrating cultural awareness, emotional intelligence, and customer focus.
• Understanding of data, reporting, database concepts, and information systems sufficient to support business analysis and solution discussions.
