Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and manage all phases of construction from groundbreaking through project closeout. This role is ideal for a hands‑on field leader who can drive schedules, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, productive jobsite.

• Lead and supervise daily on‑site operations, including subcontractor coordination and workforce management.
• Drive project schedules, manage sequencing, and maintain critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company policies.
• Oversee quality control by verifying work aligns with plans, specifications, and project standards.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, engineers, inspectors, and owners to maintain communication and workflow.
• Review and manage drawings, RFIs, submittals, and specifications; proactively identify and resolve field issues.
• Lead jobsite meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and provide daily and weekly progress reports.
• Manage material deliveries, equipment planning, site logistics, and trade sequencing.

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial or civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, trades, materials, and field operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and maintain project budgets.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple phases of construction in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred but not required.
