- Lead the Jobsite:
Oversee subcontractors, coordinate daily activities, and proactively ensure project needs are met. - Manage Project Cost & Scope:
Verify subcontractor work, track changes, and communicate scope adjustments to the project manager. - Keep the Schedule on Track:
Plan and coordinate work efficiently, notify subcontractors in advance, and keep teams aligned. - Ensure High‑Quality Work:
Monitor progress daily, address deficiencies early, and uphold a zero‑punch list mindset. - Oversee MEP Systems:
Partner with subcontractors to ensure proper installation, scheduling, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. - Execute a Smooth Close‑Out:
Work with the project manager to ensure seamless project turnover with a strong close‑out and commissioning plan.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including installation and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and directing subcontractors.
- Clear communication skills to coordinate across project teams, subcontractors, and owners.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solutions‑driven—you don’t wait for problems, you solve them.
- Tech‑savvy mindset and willingness to learn new construction management tools.
