• Perform general construction labor including jobsite clean-up and moving materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment and hand tools such as power tools, saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Support concrete-related tasks as needed, including vertical concrete pours and formwork activities.
• Assist in installing reshores per instructions.
• Learn and support vertical installations and removal, framing and decking operations, and project-specific material and equipment identification.
• Read a tape measure and follow project specifications.
• Work in varying weather conditions and may be exposed to typical construction site hazards, including noise and dust.

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; with assistance, up to 90 pounds.
• Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach, and climb.
• Frequent use of hand tools and power tools such as circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.

• Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction experience as a Carpenter meeting performance expectations.
• 30 Hour OSHA Card desired.
