This is an opportunity to help pursue new work and estimate projects in a variety of market segments including:
High rise office & Hospitality, Multifamily, Retail and much more!

Provide leadership and oversight of estimating & precon, work with clients in the pursuit of new projects and conceptually prepare rough budgets for repeat clients. Help in the development of the estimating and project management staff as it relates to project cost, supplier negotiation, subcontractor relations, design assist and design build, and contract and risk management.

They are offering an exceptional compensation and bonus package with a salary range of $145,000 – $225,000 plus a comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, and 401k plan.
