Job Description Overview Manage diverse commercial construction projects, including K-12 and higher education facilities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals.
Supervise project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination for successful execution.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, addressing challenges proactively to maintain efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies throughout project life cycles.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
Leverage industry best practices to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Key Responsibilities & Duties Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Prepare and present project documentation, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders to align expectations and resolve conflicts.
Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
Mentor and support project team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Job Requirements Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Preferred 10 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling and budgeting.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
