Social Media Content Creator

Overview

One of our non-profit clients is looking for a freelance Social Content Creator with strong video editing and motion graphics design experience to join their team for an ongoing part-time role.

This freelance Social Content Creator will be helping the client leverage existing video footage from events/in-office to create fun, engaging, short-form social content that drives awareness, engagement, event attendance, and membership with the organization.

• Motion design or light animation experience (After Effects a plus)
• Understanding of social-first, short-form video best practices
• Familiar with Jewish culture and able to conceptualize and develop fun ideas for new social content (i.e. polls, trends, timeline holiday related content, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
• Bonus:
  Experience with nonprofits, community organizations, or mission-driven brand

• Flexible, part-time freelance work

• Edit event footage into short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, and Linked In
• Add motion elements (text overlays, light animation, captions) to enhance storytelling
• Repurpose existing footage into multiple social assets
• Occasionally attend events (approx. 45 minutes) to capture b-roll and social-ready footage
• Support awareness, event promotion, and donor/membership campaigns
