Smile Programs is the nation s leading in-school dental program. We provide preventative and restorative care to underserved school-aged children onsite at schools or in mobile facilities. Our program operates with a school-day schedule, no nights or weekends, and focuses on making a difference in the dental field.

• Provide dental assisting support in a school-based/mobile dental program, including setting up and breaking down equipment.
• Travel to schools in nearby counties to deliver on-site dental care to children.
• Support the delivery of dental services under the supervision of licensed dentists, hygienists, and assistants.
• Maintain patient charts, perform digital X-ray imaging as required, and ensure safety and infection control standards.
• Collaborate with a small team to deliver care in a mobile or in-school setting.

• Must meet state requirements to operate X-ray equipment
• CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Dental Assistant
• Experience with digital X-ray imaging
• Experience with patient charting
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel to schools in nearby counties
• Ability to work well with children; team player in a small team
• Ability to set up and break down equipment; able to lift up to 50 lbs

• Evenings, weekends and summers off; school-day schedule (about 6–7 hours) typically from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
