The Career Pathways Navigator supports the participants across Wayne County working with the SEMCA grant program in identifying career goals, developing a strategy with action steps to reach those goals, and provides accountability as they move along the path to achieving their goals. The Career Pathways Navigator works with participants to guide them in clarifying and aligning them with all aspects of their life to create the path, and to match them with a career that supports their strengths.

The CPN will collaborate with participants to develop ideas, and create a strategic path to their goals.

• Associate's degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field; or 3-5 years of experience in career counseling field
• Two years of experience in adult coaching and instruction
• Two years having coordinating multi-faceted, non-traditional, adult focused programs
• Ability to travel within Wayne County at multiple site locations
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for day-to-day job performance

$40,000 to $47,000 (Full-Time or Part-Time/Non-Union)
