Aboutthe Role
The Instructional Coach provides curricular and instructional leadership to support and maintain high levels of student achievement. This role works closely with teachers to strengthen instructional practices, develop effective coaching strategies, and provide ongoing mentorship and support. The Instructional Coach promotes academic excellence by collaborating with teachers to identify areas for growth, implement effective instructional strategies, and improve student outcomes.
What You'll Do- Observe instruction and provide constructive feedback to support teacher growth and student achievement.
- Use student and instructional data to identify needs and recommend effective teaching strategies.
- Support lesson planning, preparation and implementation of best practices.
- Provide coaching and staff development to strengthen instructional practices and school services.
- Master's Degree
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with staff, students and families
