* - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure is a must.
- A decade of engineering experience post-graduation or as a licensed engineer.
- Experience using Revit and AutoCAD software for structural systems design and documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of structural engineering techniques such as vibration analysis and composites.
- Proven leadership in guiding engineering teams and nurturing junior talent.
- Success in steering multi-disciplinary design projects and fostering client relationships.
- Experience with integrated design workflows and adherence to sustainable design standards.
