Join our dynamic Rotational Development Program in the January 2027 class designed to develop future leaders in operations, engineering, and supply chain management. This program offers hands‑on experience across various departments, providing exposure to critical functions within our organization. As a rotational associate, you will work on impactful projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals to accelerate your career in operations and supply chain management.
Responsibilities- Start the program as a Production Supervisor, leading an assembly area, managing key performance metrics, and collaborating across teams to meet production goals.
- Participate in structured rotations across different departments such as operations, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of each department’s role, processes, and contributions to the organization.
- Execute assigned projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement project deliverables and achieve measurable results.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting innovative solutions and best practices.
- Implement lean principles and methodologies to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Assist in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and participate in negotiations to optimize procurement processes.
- Support compliance with regulatory standards and company policies across all operational activities.
- Contribute to quality assurance processes to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Prior internship or work experience in operations, engineering, or supply chain is preferred.
