Role Summary

Responsible for acting as the technical link between the company and customers, providing expert support from pre-sales through

deployment. The role involves understanding customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring successful integration of

automotive hardware/software systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers, providing expert-level support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle.

• Collaborate with customers to understand application requirements and propose tailored engineering solutions using company products.

• Support the integration and deployment of complex hardware/software systems, ensuring seamless implementation and performance.

• Conduct on-site and remote technical training, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting sessions.

• Work closely with internal engineering, product management, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.

• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, application notes, and support materials.

• Participate in technical evaluations, proof-of-concept deployments, and field trials.

• Provide input during the early stages of the sales process to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs.

Person Specification

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles.

• 3+ years of experience in Automotive technologies: OEM, Aftermarket, or Motorsport.

• Technical degree and/or equivalent relevant certifications.

• Solid understanding of engineering principles, particularly in electronics, systems integration, vehicle dynamics, and testing scenarios.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Show initiative and curiosity when exploring customer problems and proposing innovative solutions.

• Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.

• Vehicle-level knowledge and/or hands-on experience with CAN, Flex Ray, Ethernet, System Gateway.
