Quality Engineer

Quality & Continuous Improvement Engineer Compensation

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $/yr

Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus

• Play a key role in driving ISO compliance and digital transformation of quality systems by helping to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement programs
• Assist in implementing and enhancing ISO‑compliant QMS/ERP software systems to enable data‑driven decisions, process optimization, and operational excellence. Help support use and optimization, KPIs, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with applicable ISO standards (i.e., ISO 9001) and support internal/external audits
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with IT, Operations, Engineering, and Leadership teams to integrate quality systems with other internal systems
• Develop and manage documentation control, SOPs, work instructions, and records maintained in accordance with ISO requirements
• Provide support for training initiatives for cross‑functional teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
• Lean Six Sigma or 5S certification preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Quality or Continuous Improvement role
• Experience or understanding of ISO 9001 and/or 14001
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, including Quality functions; implementation experience a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
