Do našeho technického týmu hledáme zkušeného a samostatného technologa pro objemové tváření kovů, který se bude podílet na návrhu a optimalizaci výrobních procesů, tvorbě výkresové dokumentace a řešení technických problémů.

We are looking for an experienced Technologist for Metal Forming to join our technical team. Working autonomously, you will be involved in designing and optimizing manufacturing processes, creating technical documentation, and solving production-related technical issues.

• Tvorba a optimalizace technologických postupů
** objemového tváření kovů
** pro nové i stávající díly    
• Stanovování časových norem, spolupráce na cenových kalkulacích a tvorbě nabídek  
• Návrh a optimalizace nástrojů pro lisování a tváření kovů  
• Spolupráce při převádění strojů a technologií  • Řešení technických problémů ve výrobě, analýza příčin a návrh nápravných opatření  
• Tvorba a správa technické dokumentace dle požadavků APQP a IATF (PFMEA, kontrolní plán, vývojový diagram apod.)  • Úzká spolupráce s výrobou, kvalitou a projektovými týmy  
• Komunikace se zákazníky a obchodním oddělenímEnglish:
· Creating and optimizing technological procedures for bulk metal forming for new and existing parts
· Designing and preparing drawing documentation for tools, gauges, and fixtures
· Determining time standards, cooperating on cost calculations, and preparing quotations
· Designing and optimizing tools for metal pressing and forming
· Cooperation on machine and technology transfers
· Solving technical issues in production, performing root cause analysis, and proposing corrective actions
· Creating and managing technical documentation according to APQP and IATF requirements (PFMEA, Control Plan, Flow Chart, etc.)
· Close cooperation with production, quality, and project teams
· Communication with customers and the sales department
** Required Skills and Education
** Czech:
• VŠ vzdělání v oboru strojírenství (specializace na technologii
** tváření kovů
** výhodou)  
• Zkušenosti v oblasti technologie
** objemového tváření kovů** (zkušenost z automotive výhodou)
• Základní znalosti metalurgie oceli  
• Schopnost číst technické výkresy  
• Znalost CAD softwaru (např. Solid Works, NX)  
• Aktivní přístup k odbornému rozvoji a řešení problémů  
• Dobré analytické a komunikační schopnosti (pravidelná komunikace a spolupráce s kolegy v rámci evropských závodů)  
• Komunikativní znalost angličtiny  
• Uživatelská znalost MS Office  • Řidičský průkaz sk. BEnglish:
· University degree in mechanical engineering (specialization in metal forming technology is an advantage)
· Experience in metal forming technology (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)
· Basic knowledge of steel metallurgy
· Ability to read technical drawings
· Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, NX)
· Proactive approach ,problem-solving competence, interest in professional development
· Strong analytical and communication skills (regular cooperation with colleagues across European plants)
· Very good knowledge of Czech language, good working knowledge of English
· User-level knowledge of MS Office
· Category B driving licence
