We're seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support projects in the Metro Detroit region. As a member of our team, you will have ownership of key responsibilities associated with project planning, management, and close-out.

- Collaborate on project proposals and estimates, supporting the pre-construction phase.
- Act as the central hub for project communication, ensuring clear and consistent information flow.
- Manage project costs, including reviewing budgets, processing change orders, and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
- Champion safety by reporting concerns, implementing corrective actions, and upholding safe work practices.
- Assist with project closeout activities, ensuring a smooth handover to the owner.

- Bachelor's degree in building construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of project management experience in construction or engineering.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to lead by example.
- Proactive problem‑solving and initiative.
- Self‑starter with a strong work ethic and dedication to meeting deadlines.
- Ability to see the big picture while focusing on detail.
- Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new software.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Proficiency in construction management software like Pro Core, ViewPoint, or Microsoft Project.
- BIM coordination experience.
- Passion for innovation and problem‑solving.
