The Cage Supervisor oversees daily Cage operations to ensure the secure, accurate, and efficient handling of all financial transactions within the casino. In this role, you’ll provide frontline leadership to Cage Cashiers, ensure compliance with internal controls and gaming regulations, and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast‑paced, high‑security environment.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Cage Cashiers, including scheduling, break coverage, and workflow management.
- Ensure accurate processing of all cage transactions, including cash handling, chip exchanges, marker transactions, jackpots, and player account transactions.
- Enforce internal controls, policies, procedures, and all applicable gaming regulations.
- Resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and disputes in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to Cage team members.
- Partner with Security, Surveillance, Compliance, and other casino departments to maintain operational integrity.
- Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to promote service excellence and adherence to procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications- Strong knowledge of cage operations, internal controls, and gaming regulations.
- Exceptional cash‑handling accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
