Responsibilities- Monitor closed‑circuit television (CCTV) systems and other surveillance equipment to observe all gaming and non‑gaming areas.
- Detect and report suspicious activity, violations of gaming regulations, theft, cheating, and other incidents.
- Document incidents in detailed reports and provide video evidence when applicable.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of applicable gaming regulations, company policies, and surveillance procedures.
- Assist in investigations as directed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements- Conduct surveillance of gaming areas for cheating, theft, and other criminal acts, as well as noncompliance with Michigan Gaming Control Board rules, Motor City rules, and state and federal regulations.
- Ability to evaluate and identify deviations from established standards and procedures, and prepare a Surveillance Incident Report for each deviation.
- Surveillance or loss prevention experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills.
