Cage Cashier (PT) – Hollywood Casino at Greektown

Join Hollywood Casino at Greektown to apply for the Cage Cashier (PT) role. We’re looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of state and federal gaming regulations.

• Process chip sales and redemptions, cashiering transactions for gaming guests.
• Handle cash, checks, credit‑card advancements, and process payoffs and payouts.
• Register and issue cage markers, coupons, and other tokens.
• Ensure compliance with Michigan gaming regulations and safeguard casino assets.
• Balance paperwork and maintain detailed transaction records.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and exhibit excellent service skills.

• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of state, federal, company, and departmental rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Proficiency with adding machines, jet sort, and computers.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patron information.
