THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Oversee the day to day operation of the Slot Technical Department.
  • Continuously evaluate staffing levels in accordance with business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines; ensuring necessary adjustments are made as needed.
  • Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include: creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s diversity commitment.
  • Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of slot equipment while ordering and maintaining inventory parts.
  • Remain up to date on all advances in technology, associates with vendors, servicemen, etc.
  • Maintain records of all machines on the casino floor, including par sheets, excess fills, machine moves etc.
  • Generate all documentation for machine movement, conversions and machine repairs pursuant to Michigan Gaming Regulations.
  • Schedule all aspects of machine moves and/or conversions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Two years prior relevant experience in slot maintenance.
