The Players Club Supervisor ensures exceptional guest service, accurate account management, and efficient enrollment and promotion processing. This role supports the Players Club team by coaching staff, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and promotional guidelines.
Additionally, you'll:
* Supervise Players Club team members to ensure high-quality guest service and adherence to operational standards.
* Provide hands-on support with program enrollment, tier upgrades, card reprints, promotion redemption, and reward issuance.
* Train and mentor team members on Players Club policies, promotions, guest service expectations, and casino systems.
* Partner with Marketing and Player Development to support promotions, tournaments, and special events.
* Assist with reporting, analytics, and documentation of department metrics as assigned.
* Establish and maintain customer base.
* Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
