• Lead the quarterly and annual worldwide income tax provision consolidation and reporting, including US and foreign calculation based on US GAAP rules.
• Prepare effective tax rate analysis, analytical tools, and consolidated monthly, quarterly, and year‑to‑date tax balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage the state income tax audit function and meet all state income tax reporting obligations.
• Work with the Tax Department to prepare US Federal, state, local, and foreign tax returns and related information returns and disclosures.
• Assist with management of tax compliance software and automation of monthly tax provision calculations.
• Develop, implement, test, and report on federal, state, and local income tax compliance and maintain Incora tax systems and controls.
• Coordinate and analyze federal and state tax reserves and support the Financial Planning & Analysis group for pre‑tax book income forecasting.
• Provide timely reporting to the Vice President, Tax and support other financial projects and data requests.
• Travel within the U.S. as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• 5 to 10 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in public accounting and 3 years of tax management experience in the private sector.
• Proven ability in financial analysis, auditing, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and SEC filings.
• Experience with multi‑state reporting, aerospace industry (preferred).
• Strong analytical, writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
• Competency with large integrated accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Ability to travel globally if required.
• Demonstrated ability to build tools and models for financial management reporting.
