• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or real estate sectors.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage brokerage world, including key players, processes, and terminology.
• Ability to connect with and attract top‑tier loan officers who thrive in a competitive, independent environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and engage high‑level professionals.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
• A network of industry contacts and experience in recruiting top mortgage professionals is a plus.
